O "Anatolian IOOC International Olive Oil Competition" e realizado na Turquia na cidade de Balikesir. Para participar do concurso os produtos devem ser produzidos na safra 2024-2025 e comercializados tato por pessoas fisicas como juridicas. Todas as amostras devem estar na categoria EVOO ou azeites aromatizados. As amostras enviadas devem ser iguais aos produtos vendidos em termos de marca, frasco, conteúdo, rótulo, embalagem e quantidade do produto. Todas as amostras da competição devem ser exatamente iguais aos produtos vendidos. A avaliação é conduzida às cegas – sem acesso a informações sobre origem, marca ou embalagem dos azeites analisados – por um painel de 22 jurados de 10 países, todos especialistas de renome internacional.
.The "Anatolian IOOC International Olive Oil Competition" is held in Turkya in the city of Balikesir. To participate in the competition, products must be produced in the 2024-2025 harvest and sold both by natural and legal entities. All samples must be in the EVOO or flavored olive oil category.
