Há 5 gerações produzindo cafés, a Fazenda Venturim, localizada no Espirito Santo, produz o café do tipo Robusta, desde o plantio até a torra (tree to table). Em 2016, começaram a fazer experiências com a fermentação, que resultaram em microlotes de diferentes sabores com notas frutadas, florais e de especiarias. A Fazenda também produz um licor de café feito com Conilon Especial, com base em “Cold Brew Coffe”, em parceria com a Soul Café e a Schluck Licores.

Fazenda Venturim, located in Espirito Santo, has been producing Robusta coffee for five generations, from planting to roasting (tree to table). In 2016, they began experimenting with fermentation, which resulted in micro-batches of different flavors with fruity, floral and spicy notes. The Fazenda also produces a coffee liqueur made with Special Conilon, based on “Cold Brew Coffe”, in partnership with Soul Café and Schluck Licores.
