A BRAZIL iOOC nasceu com o propósito de apresentar aos consumidores os melhores azeites disponíveis no mercado. Com uma rede de jurados composta por importantes players da indústria, a competição tem como objetivo descobrir, revelar e destacar os azeites mais excepcionais do mundo, educando os consumidores sobre como utilizar cada produto em seu melhor potencial. No evento BRAZIL iOOC 2023, a competição internacional reuniu mais de 100 amostras provenientes de diversos produtores de excelência em todo o mundo. O evento contou com uma bancada especializada de Sommeliers de Azeites para avaliar e julgar as amostras, visando reconhecer os melhores produtos do ano.
BRAZIL iOOC was born with the aim of introducing consumers to the best olive oils available on the market. With a network of judges made up of important industry players, the competition aims to discover, reveal and highlight the world's most exceptional olive oils, educating consumers on how to use each product to its best potential. At the BRAZIL iOOC 2023 event, the international competition brought together more than 100 samples from top producers around the world. The event had a specialized panel of Olive Oil Sommeliers to evaluate and judge the samples, with the aim of recognizing the best products of the year.
